What Kind of Classes Can You Opt for?
We have a number of different disciplines that we offer classes for. Based on how skilled you already are and your age group, the following are the kinds of classes that you can sign up for.
1. Online Classes:
· Online Sport- Specific Skill Development Lessons for Youth athletes (Beginners, Intermediate)
· Online Sport-Specific Skills Development Lessons for Adults (Beginners, Intermediate)
· Online Strength and Conditioning Lessons for Kids (Beginners, Intermediate)
· Online Strength and Conditioning for Adults (Beginners, Intermediate)
· Online Ballet Lessons for Kids (Beginners, Intermediate)
· Online Ballet Lessons for Adults (Beginners, Intermediate)
· Online Dance lessons for Kids (Beginners, Intermediate)
· Online Dance Lessons for Adults (Beginners, Intermediate)
2. One-on-One Lessons for Any Discipline (please contact us to arrange a time)

What Equipment Will You Need for These Classes?
Just because our classes are online doesn’t mean we won’t need you to have certain equipment on hand with you in order to maximize the amount of learning you achieve in ever lesson. Some of the equipment you’ll need is compulsory for every class, while other equipment is optional. It’s always better to have the optional equipment if you want a holistic learning experience.
For all classes, you must have
1. A functioning computer
2. A good internet connection
3. Videoconference software
4. A microphone and webcam
Optional Sports Equipment
· Jump rope (Cardio, Flexibility and Jump Classes)
· A soccer ball or any ball Size 3-4
· A chair or step stool (All classes)
. A Jump Box (plyometric box)
· Yoga Mat (All Classes)
· Ankle and/or wrists weights (1lb)
· 2 Balance beams (Cardio and Jump Classes)
· Spin Board (for Jump and Spin classes)
It’s also possible for your coach to request additional equipment if they feel it is necessary as you progress through the classes.
